Chapter
1
My name is General Neuman, and I am the General of the 121 Grizzly tank Battalion, I stand outside the Canadian Arctic Naval yard for a Massive D-day like assault on Yuri to destroy his psychic army once and for all! The operation was named Operation Nightshade. It would be taking place durring the night when Yuri least expects it.
Yuri has his central base in the heart of the Soviet Union. We were to crush that and bring
Yuri to his knees. Tomorrow 3/4 of the Allied Army would be transferred to northern
Siberia. It would be massive, over 100,000 Transports would cross the Arctic, if you do the math
that's over 40,000 tanks, and more than 300,000 GI's. The soviets have decided
to help us, upon our arrival on shore they will paradrop 10,000 tanks and 100,000 Conscripts to assist us.
The Soviet Union and the United States now fear that Yuri has completely
surpassed both the Soviets and the Americans in military Power. If that was true the Soviets and the Allies would have to strike now before Yuri can become even more powerful.
Day 2: Operation Nightshade Launch:
We were ready, our tanks loaded up overnight and now our soldiers would too. All 5000 of our tanks in the 121 Grizzly division were piloted by the most elite of tank drivers, trained to resist mind control.
Day 2: 10:03 PM: Transport launch.
Move out! the commander screamed, All of the transports powered up their engines and sped off into the icy waters. "General Neuman" the pilot yelled " we have ETA in 10 minutes!" I simply nodded my head and walked off.
Day 2: 11:34 pm: Transport Arrival.
As soon as the transport touched the shore, the ramps dropped and the tanks, and infantry poured out. I would not join them, instead
I would command them for the British Destroyer, HMS London. They marched up the cliff and encountered no resistances. They marched on for more than an hour before seeing the massive outline of
Yuri's Central base. "Hold position." I told them. "General Kalishnik are you paratroopers ready?" I asked over the radio. "yes Comrade, They should be there soon!"
