First Encounter  written by Morphious

"All units hold position!" General Diller ordered as the Allied troops neared the top of the hill.  "G.I's take the left flank and Grizzlies take the right.  Prism Tanks are to stay behind Tanya!" he ordered as the sun set.

Today was October 24th and the Soviets commanded by Romanov were set for invasion of the US.  A small attack force was sent to slow down the Reds until further reinforcements arrived.  Several spies moved out in treetops to monitor enemy movement through the thick smog.  They soon head a low rumble of engines and one of them radioed back, "They're starting their approach!  Get ready!"

As the rumbling grew louder, one spy could make out a group of Rhino Tanks through his binoculars.  As they grew nearer, huge shadows cast down on the dusty, Texas ground.  Immediately they looked up.  Kirov's.  They advanced slowly and then suddenly stopped.  Missiles whizzed through the air giving off a bright light behind them.  They exploded near Allied troops and several GI's were launched into the air and landed with a sickening crunching noise.  The ground quaked.  Dust and dirt filled the air as Korean Black Eagles flew overhead.

"ATTACK!" Diller ordered.  The Allied troops charged at their more powerful enemy.  Black Eagles launched their rockets and blew up most of the enemy V3's.  Tanya mowed down Tesla Troops and Conscripts as Grizzly Tanks shot at Apocalypse tanks.  The enemy advanced without fighting back.  Terror Drones zoomed out onto the battle field and destroyed seven Allied Tanks.  The ten remaining Prism Tanks incinerated Rhino Tanks and their lasers bounced off starting fires nearby.  Everything stopped and the only sound was the crackling fire.  It burnt high and hot, producing black smoke.  Allied Rocketeers were the first reinforcements to arrive after the Black Eagles.  They moved in and opened fire on the Kirov's.  The Kirov's retreated but the Rocketeers continued to destroy them.  As one of the Kirov's finally fell, it circled in the air.  It fell to the ground and destroyed six Apocalypse Tanks and seven Tesla Troopers.  Chrono Legionnaires were the third to arrive and they fired on enemy Rhino Tanks while Tanya travelled around the blaze.  The Rhino Tanks were soon gone without a trace and Tanya opened fire with her dual Colt .45's killing enemy infantry.

"FALL BACK!" Romanov ordered.  They retreated to the beach but were trapped.  Their transports were gone.  They would not surrender.  The few remaining Reds were finished off my snipers that had just arrived.  This battle was victorious for the Allies, but the war may be a different story.
