Einstein's Dice
Roll: MPR format - Urban
map. Einstein said, "God doesn't play dice with the universe." But someone is rolling the dice on this map which is full of random events. The "dice rolls" are triggered by player actions, which add to the difficulty of gameplay. The map can be played without triggering the "dice rolls", especially in skirmishes if you're careful and still provides a variety of tactical options and problems. Even without triggering any of the "dice rolls", EDR plays differently from game to game, especially depending on the number of opponents. (Note: Because of the complexity of the terrain, it's best to play skirmishes against 2-3 AI opponents. A single AI in the opposite corner of the map may not find you.) Team mode is enabled.

Mayan Melee V1.5: MPR
format - Temperate
map. This map is a remake of Wildefire's
original Mayan Melee map. Sounds have been added. Easily defensible bases. All garrisonable structures hold more units than normal, are harder than usual to destroy, and are click-repairable while garrisoned.
Map contains other goodies: nuclear reactors, tech airports, and various other surprises. Loaded pickup trucks deliver crates when destroyed.
A few other surprises and goodies await you!

Wildefire's Amusement Park: MPR
format - Temperate
map. Map is full of cheap, sleazy ways to promote units. Complete day/night lighting cycles. Randomly-timed Iron Curtain effects. Easily defendable bases. Two tech airports. Oil derricks. Surprises for capturing usually uncapturable buildings. "Old school" gameplay where civilian units aren't your real enemy, but players who take full advantage of various "promotion toys" and other tactical options are. Play it as a "skirmish toy" where you can amuse yourself for hours using various features or for grueling, multiplayer slugfests. Readme contains many more details.

Haunted Forest: MPR
format -
Temperate map.
Moments after deploying your CY, a flaming apparition appears in your base. A skeleton appears at the exit ramp from your base. Cries of soldiers eternally reliving the anguish of their last battles and other ominous sounds alert you that something is not quite right before even leaving the safety of your base. Welcome to Wildefire's Haunted Forest where ghosts lurk, lying in wait to ambush your forces and recruit them into their Undead Army.
More details in the readme file! Must have map.

High Voltage: MPR
format -
Urban map.
High Voltage is a mod map that improves Tesla tanks (range, ROF, and hit points) and Tesla coils (range and ROF). Paradrops from tech airport capture are seven Tesla troopers, regardless of side. (American special paradrop is unchanged.) Russia is the country to play at least once on this map, for these Tesla tanks are not only good at killing infantry and terror drones as always, but are now a good all-purpose unit. High output oil derricks (with increased bonus on capture) and CYs for both sides should lend to unpredictable gameplay in multiplayer, as well as a few "booby traps" (that aren't mods) hidden on the map. Allied power plant output is tripled, in keeping with the high voltage theme. Prism tanks have increased range, so that they'll still outrange the RA1-style Tesla coils.

War of Attrition: MPR
format -
Temperate map.
This is a mod map where you can build the Chronosphere or Iron Curtain even when superweapons are disabled. Starting locations are visible on map preview (large areas of sand), each on its own large plateau accessed by only one ramp (surrounded by bunkers) per plateau. High in resources, including oil derricks near starting locations. Sizeable city in middle of map with lots of ore, gems, and derricks to fight over. Two tech airports. Loaded pickup trucks deliver crates when destroyed. Allies get easily defendable bases and plenty of resources for teching up. Soviets get large zoo, the infamous yellow school bus, and lots of cows.
